No Shows:

No Shows is when the client/scholar does not show up for the session after 15 minutes. No Shows No Refunds. Under certain circumstances, exceptions will be consider by My Education and Socialization, LLC

Late

Scholars who join late will not receive additional time for missed time and/or material covered.  

Tutor will inform clients by email or text if he/she will be late joining the session. The tutor will extend the session if the tutor does not have another session following the session currently in progress. If the tutor cannot extend the session to make up for lost time. The tutor will schedule a make-up session. Tutor will send the link for the make-up to the clients.  

Cancellation: My Education and Socialization requires all scholars (or parents of the scholars) to contact (text and or email) the tutor within 24-48 hours before scheduled tutoring session. Last minute cancellation is between less than 24 hours notice up to few minutes before the session starts. Client joining the session to inform tutor that he/she, or their child will not be able to join the session will be consider as a last minute cancellation.  

Cancellation by the tutor.  Canceled schedule session by the tutor will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Tutor will email or text the clients as soon as possible regarding canceled session and reschedule session. Last minute cancellation by tutor due to unforeseen situation such as severe weather, power outage, internet problems, and emergencies will be rescheduled.  

Last minute cancellation by the client. Refunds or no refunds will be determined by My Education and Socialization, LLC.

Rate policy:

My Education and Socialization, LLC does not offer discounts.

My Education and Socialization, LLC does not offer subscription and/or package deals.

My Education and Socialization, LLC price for tutoring sessions are set and rates are non-negotiable.

Refunds  

Advance notice of cancellation by clients may receive a 70% refund on the first cancellation. Second cancellation clients may receive 60% a refund. Third cancellation clients may receive 45% a refund. More than three cancellations and/or continuous cancellation, My Education and Socialization LLC will determine if client will receive a refund or no refund.

My Education and Socialization, LLC reserved the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at anytime.  

Tutor will join session as scheduled. Please allow tutor at least 5 minutes to join the session. After a certain amount of time the session is not canceled. Unless tutor informed clients the session is canceled.
